""Tarjous" on Elorg 39 is Finnish and means "at bottom prices": Elorg 39 was sold in Finland at Teboil sevice stations owned by USSR. It was very, very cheap indeed.

Teboil, or TB, or Trustivapaa Bensiini (Trust Free Gasoline) was before WWII owned by Germany. After the War, according the Peace Treaty between Soviet Union and Finland, USSR confiscated all proprieties in Finland owned by Germany or German citizens. During the Cold War Soviet Teboil imported from USSR all kind of fuel, pocket calculators, spies etc. "
