The display on this unit is damaged.

An unusual feature of this machine is the dual-nature of the power source. It is powered by 5 solar panels, visible in the picture, but there is also a battery compartment for a single (SC-32) battery. I am unsure how the dual power source is meant to operate, due to the damaged nature of this particular unit.
