The Cyrillic letter shown here has no English equivalent, but sounds like SCH. The series seems to have been designed for use in schools.

Elektronika MK-SCH-2M
This unusual machine was specifically designed for, and used in, schools. Together with the MKSCH-2, it has a unique power requirement of 42V, much safer than the standard 220V; this power standard was installed in some schools. The shape of the pins on the power connector are unique to these installations, and consequently this calculator could not be used anywhere else.
