Can someone please tell me is there are short-wave broadcasts of NBTV, the time and frequency.

on the "video 2 nbtv" software there is format called "Chris Long shortwave".
Do you know how to play those files ?

But my SW radio is in Khz. Do I just need to move the decimal point?
