By sheer coincidence I have just raised the matter with Jeremy in the last ten minutes by e-mail. Any update I will append here...

The last issue I received was V37 #3 in April.

The newsletter editor probably had trouble finding a little room for the Nipkow Nipper. :-)

Yes, I was wondering what happened to the latest edition.

Shows how much we appreciate it,

Cheers,

I've had a reply overnight from Jeremy and in amongst other items was this...

Hi Steve

.... - Newsletter. It's now at the print and despatch centre so should be with everyone soon. It has been a longer wait than usual - the preceding copy was purposely early to help publicise the Convention. To partly make amends this issue is a little larger.

So that's the current status....

Have to say Jeremy and the contributors have excelled.

Plenty to read on a wide range of subjects.

...and my copy arrived yesterday, V37 #4. I didn't notice it protruding out of mail-box...good thing it's now plastic-wrapped otherwise it would have been a useless piece of pulp!! We had over 4" (100mm) of rain in one hour yesterday evening...you may guess where I was...stuck in the pub!

In fact as I write this there are further rumblings of approaching storms in the distance....

It was criminal, the Skytrain had been stolen...including 70km of trackwork, there were crocodiles coming out of the drains (actually that has happened in the past), and I nailed together a few beer crates to make a canoe to get home. Wife was kinda startled as I surfed through an open window on a wave of inebriation and the fact the taxi-driver could understand where the heck I wanted to go...

There are times when the universal language of Inebriatu comes in useful...

I was positively and absolutely wasted...
