NBTV or low definition or Coarse raster group

I just came across this and found that when Gil Miles was president between 78 ans 79 it looks like our Aussie leader then named us ? looks like change from LDTV would take a little work .
I wonder if the Coarse raster group still exists ? :mrgreen:

The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.
