Contacting me

Postby gary » Tue Nov 22, 2016 9:09 pm

Hi guys (and gals),

Due to the reasonably prevalent usage of my software I probably get more correspondence than most, this is most welcome and I wish to encourage that correspondence as much as possible. However, I also get correspondence regarding my assistance (for what it is worth) for various projects being undertaken on the the site.

In recent times the rather limited storage capacity for private emails on this site has required me to truncate severely (over the years) the correspondence I have had by that means in order to receive pending correspondence.

This has recently been exposed as a problem as things that have been addressed in the past have come up again and now there is no record on which to refer.

As a result I would ask those wishing correspondence, for any matter whatsoever, to send it via my email gary@nbtv.org.

I assure you any relevant issue will be replied to in as timely a matter as possible, and I will personally keep a record of that correspondence should we need to refer to it again.

I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.

Cheers,
Gary

I was previously unaware of this restrition/limit (50 messages) and have now removed it.
We should now have unlimited message storage in our private mailboxes.
I have also increased your "sub-mailbox" folder option from 4 to 32, so I guess you can categorise them too.
