Hope Gary gets he's page back i have most files on file just in case you know Gary should really have a Topic where all hes work can be put and downloaded from the forum what a loss if all that was gone !
The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.
