By the way, the Crystal Palace Foundation sells copies of the video "JLB: The Man Who Saw the Future" on its web site at http://www.crystalpalacefoundation.org. ... .asp?id=41 . This BBC documentary has several film clips of Mr Baird, including ones demonstrating his original equipment. Unfortunately, the CPF seems to be out of stock at present. Also, when I purchased my copy only VHS cassettes (PAL format) were available. Perhaps they will offer DVDs in the future.
