NBTV on the motorway !

For those who like musing on very weird designs for NBTV did you know that a cars wheels rotate at 12 1/2 revs per second (Nipkow disc speed) when doing around 60 MPH?
Any designs?

Of course, to get the NBTV pictures to sync one must use the synchromesh gearbox
Maybe 32 holes in the car's wheel trims, so pedestrians can see the NBTV show go by at 60 MPH...........well you have to be a bit nuts in this NBTV game, don't you?
