Time, it slips past so fast.
For the heck of it I checked a local supplier's web-site. The Z80B is just over US$2.00, The 6809 is around US$4.00 depending on speed. But I'm not going to do it - even if I had the time.

...but you can run my favourite operating system on a 6809 - Microware's OS-9.

Playing 80's classic games in a more classic tv is more than wonderful. I have some addiction about playing classic video game, obviously will try this some other day.
