Cop McDonald's SSTV monitor as published in March 1964.

The original used a 5ABP7 but as indicated in the article can be adapted to use 5CP7A, 3FP7A, 5CP7, 3FP7 (no 'A') or a 5JP7. Others such as the 5ADP7 of which I have two examples would be suitable too.
