The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.

Hmmm, some of us never learn.... ;-)

(BTW, I have a lathe, and a power drill-press, at least some experience and, as far as I can tell, they don't help much at all - now if he had said CNC or laser machine...)

Sorry gary bit slack on on adjusting the pages right order ....i have forgotten where i found these but this site has some nice old magazines books
http://archive.org/search.php?query=col ... publicdate

This link is for 73 mag but theres a few old vintage Australian electronic magazines AWR 1923 which i found good on the site as well .

I always wanted a drill press not worth it mmm the cnc machine i suppose takes out the a bit more human control mistakes and all.

Oh no problems at all harry, easily sorted - thanks for posting - an interesting read in general, I just had a chuckle at that warning piece.

Oh still worth having, just not for Nipkow disks (IMO), they are relatively cheap as far as power machinery goes, I have never regretted buying mine, and recommend them thoroughly.
