Vibrating mirror television

I found these issues of Radio news on the subject of vibrating mirror idea for television ...very interesting.

The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.

I should of pointed out the newer issue is more interesting as it tells how it evolved or nearly didn't ...i think from the sounds of it it was the last mechanical television idea ...till these days with micro or nano vibrating mirrors projection ,so its still about just smaller these days.
The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.

Heres the patent for Mr Priess vibrating metal mirror TV system ,i find it interesting as i only know of 2 go's at vibrating mirror television and i think this is the only one that really worked .
