The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.

Indeed Harry! And it seems all tube too! It must have taken quite some time to build and it wouldn't have been cheap either. Well done that man!

I must say that is some of the finest tube mounting work i have ever seen, i was impressed how neat it all was and to do it all with tubes it speaks for its self .
