The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.

Nice finds Harry! I've spent the past few hours wandering around John's site and I'm nowhere near finished.

I'll drop him an e-mail as I note he has done some mechanical TV stuff in the past.
