2014 i think Featuring are a working model of a Baird mechanical chris longs ?, and a 1939 RCA TRK-12 TV in a clear lexan cabinet. The clear set was created for the New York Worlds fair in 1939. The tube is mounted vertically in the set and the image reflected in a mirror.

The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.
