Datasheet resource...

A site with links to virtually every semiconductor datasheet that exists or existed...worthwhile bookmarking...downside: You need to know who made it/them...have a guess, OC71, Mullard, Phillips etc...BC108 - almost everyone!! The same with chips, just go for the usual suspects...

Anything current you should find on the major suppliers sites, RS, Farnell/Element 14 and so on...

For valves/tubes try this...you only need the generic type No. for this, e.g. ECC83, 6AU6 etc..

Yes very useful for sure as a major scrapper i do come across some old parts i have no idea what they are or rated at i do infact have the old oc71's used a lot early NBTV newsletter projects .....having a few Blue data books for the 80s it must of been a nightmare to track down this information and have room for all those thick data books ! back then hang on i was there and it was :roll:
