Blurry preview in premiere pro

Postby Lowtone » Sat Oct 30, 2010 2:46 pm

In Première with a project of 32x45 pixels / 12.5 fps, I get a blurry picture on the screen.
The still pictures ( png ) i import have the same size of the project.

How can I have big square pixels ? :(

How are you generating the .png files?

ah I see, well that's because it is needing to resize the images to whatever format you are exporting as = e.g. pal = 720x576 - when resizing it is applying and anti-aliasing filter that blurs the final result - there doesn't seem to be anyway to change that but one workaround would be to resize your images outside of premiere using "pixel resize" - that way when it is imported into premiere it doesn't have to apply an anti-alias filter.

An example of that technique:

(BTW moderators/admin why are flv (flash) files not allowed?)

Oversight. They should now be allowed.

The fact is the orignals files and the project have the same size : 32x45.
I didn't use pal or other pre programmed formats.
I will try with a biggest picture

edit : with pal settings it blurrs too :(
