It is in fact "fax" or "SSTV", not NBTV, but very interesting:

Good find Doctor...

In fact te whole site is interesting and often amusing at the same time. I found the 'Weird' and 'Useless' themes passed quite a bit of time...and gave me much inspiration to do nothing!

There is an item in the 'Communications' > 'Radio' section that deals with colour TV in December 1929...here's the link..
