In Bridgnorth itself 'The Old Curiosity' shop is on the opposite side of the car parks to Sainsbury's and is an Aladdin's cave of strange items. There, nestled on a high shelf I spotted a genuine Sinclair radio/record player. Any Sinclair collectors out there?
In 'The Range' in Kidderminster are radio baby monitors which contain a small 2.4GHz CMOS camera and a 2.4GHz handheld colour monitor. At £40 for both that's not bad. Hurry though - there's only one left!
Good old fashioned junk shops seem pretty rare now. I don't know what I'd do if it weren't for car boot sales
