My inspiration for this project comes from a website that documents the same remake, but this one has A LOT of more detail:http://viewjournal.eu/index.php/view/article/view/JETHC082/179
Be warned, sometimes this website works for me, sometimes it doesn't. I suggest viewing it on a desktop, or lap top computer.

Id like to know more about this interface, since i don't have a webcam that works at the moment, and i don't want to walk in front of the camera while its filming to pan. Id like to send my screen to another computer, which has a camera, but doesn't work at the moment either.

I am not sure I follow you there McGee2021, but https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yblVZXcCth4 shows how it works with TBP and it works in an identical fashion with Video2NBTV.
When used with Video2NBTV you would normally use the "realtime" option so that your video is, well, realtime.
I am unaware how Phil got the Skype picture into his WireCast software - possibly by screen scraping.
