here are some interesting video clips taken of a standard TV with my high-speed camera. it clearly shows the scanning action and interlacing. the clips are taken at either 600 or 1200 fps, and are in their native H.264 quicktime format. enjoy. *Important: file extension had to be changed in order to be uploaded to the forum. please replace .mpg extension with .mov. these are not Mpegs!

Dear All,

I have added .mov to the allowed file extension list, so in future you should be able to post .mov files as easily as any other.

Is that a PAL or NTSC tv?
What camera do you have?

this was an NTSC tv. the camera i used is a Casio EX-F1.
