Valve driven scope clock

Postby Marcus » Mon Sep 07, 2009 11:50 am

This is another toy I have been playing with the front panel houses 4 nixie tubes which will also display the time when I get around to building the rest of circuit.

I was also thinking of building one of the schematics I've seen to display NBTV on a scope to see if I can get it to display on the 2" crt.

Dom, most of the circuit was taken from Jon Stanley electronix and more website. http://www.electronixandmore.com/projec ... index.html
I used a HT transformer with a 6v heater winding and a 6X4 rectifier. I also shifted a few resistor values on the 6AU6 tubes to get the right bias needed for the voltage I used (300v). The scope clock is a dutchtronix kit.
