Yes it would seem an ideal "second" or portable unit, or, indeed, a way of digitally capturing a signal when all you have is an analogue unit.

It's available in the UK at 70 quid (I assume ++) from here...

It does look an interesting alternative to the Pico products, but it's still unsuitable for valve/tube voltages..

P.S. Actually the way around the tube/valve voltage limitation is to make your own 100:1 probe...just don't forget to use it when working on these sort of voltages. You can buy them, but it'll probably cost more than this scope!!
