TwoHeaded Software

TwoHeaded Software develops video game software for the Nintendo Gameboy Advance (GBA). Based in Hobart, Tasmania, the company was founded by three gaming industry veterans, each with over 15 years' professional experience.

Game Development

We develop games, systems, tools, graphics and sound for the GBA platform. We have many professional artists and programmers on call and are happy to provide samples to your specifications. Our approach to development allows us to deliver quality code quickly and at extremely competitive rates. Most importantly, we deliver on-time and on-budget.

Australian game developers have established a reputation for delivery of quality product. We realise the importance of meeting deadlines, and our timezone difference works to your advantage by allowing us to respond to changes and fixes effectively overnight. Our work-ethic and total commitment to quality guarantees your satisfaction.

Tools

Our in-house tools and systems are powerful, innovative and free! We write our tools to be robust, efficient and re-usable. Our tools make the development process easy. Recognised industry-wide for their quality, you can test for yourself...

Objective converts frames of graphics to OBJs for use on the GBA. Placement of OBJs is optimised to reduce the total number of OBJs used to define the original frame.

Tumeric converts tUME map data into source code suitable for use on GBA. Maps consisting of multiple rooms, each containing multiple layers, are supported.

Framage converts graphic files containing multiple animation frames into many single frames of animation.

Contact Us

We are very active in the GBA online community and would encourage you to contact any of us for a chat. We are active moderators of the #gbadev Yahoo! mailing list, and the www.gbadev.org site. You can often find us online on IRC (efnet) channel #gbadev and on ICQ #3297382.
