Progress has been slow the last couple of weeks, due to other commitments but hopefully should get the mirrors spinning soon. I am building the oscillators on breadboards initially.

No worries Gregory no time limits here, i have been slow on mine to due to same excuse you do these things when you can
The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.
