I just came home from vacation earlier, and i took my 3D printer with me as an experiment in technology transportation. While there, i re designed the terminal board after i realized it was grossly over sized.

It looks pretty good - your printer is doing a great job of printing that isolated text. Just thought I'd suggest that if you post-drill the holes instead of printing them, you will get a more consistent "grain" and smoother top for the green baseplate area.

In the long run, it wont matter, since i dont predict that once this product is finished it will last more that 20 years due to the decomposition of the plastic. Also, for the knurled nuts, it seems quite difficult to find ones that match the ones that were original to the televisor, so, it means that its another part to be designed and printed. Perhaps print them, slide a nut into them, put the bolt through the board, put a washer on, and assemble it with the wires? I just sent an order for the high wattage resistors, and the 150 om variable resistor, they should be here in the next week or two, so dont plan on seeing much progress on the terminal board until they arrive. Oh Well.

I made a cord for the televisor, a replica of the original, with a fabric insulation, brass wire covers, and a bayonet plug instead of a typical plug, and lugs to connect it to the terminals.

I have also printed off supports for the terminal board, since the way I needed to print it did not let me print them already on it.
