The electromagnetic spectrum has no theoretical limit at either end. If all the mass/energy in the Universe is considered a 'limit', then that would be the only real theoretical limit to the maximum frequency attainable.

Some very interesting idea's and proof of concept experiments ,some times you can make some thing and not realize it has much use till some time later .
It has dawned on me some time back working on NBTV water transmitting what it really can do apart from transmitting video via a liquid something i am still thinking about to construct but one thing at a time .
